Ordered JellyFit by mistake and they won't refund me

I bought 6 bottles of JellyFit on 5/6/26. It was a mistake and I realized it right away. I sent them an email on 5/9/26 telling them this and asking them to credit my Chase Visa the full amount of $311.64. Their ad said they had a 100% Satisfaction 60 Day Money Back Guarantee so I figured it wouldn't be a problem.

My order number was #6N2pmq8e and my ticket was #27083857. I tried calling the phone number on their site today but it just answered as Morgan & Morgan personal injury law firm. The person there said they had no idea their number was being used by anyone else. So I have no way to get a hold of these people and I'm just out the money I guess.
