Ordered a car seat cover and never got it

I ordered a personalized car seat muslin cover for my grandchild's car seat from thejoydeal.com. That was 6 weeks ago and I still haven't gotten it. I've emailed them a bunch of times, [email protected], and nobody ever writes back.

The thing is I paid $36.00 with my credit card and I didn't realize until after I ordered that the company is in China. There's no tracking number that works and no phone number to call anyone. I just can't get a hold of them. At this point I'm pretty sure my order is never coming and I'm just out the money. Don't order from The Joy Deal.
