Voicemail about a case with no company name given

My husband and I both got the same message on our phones, on two different numbers. The woman didn’t even say who she was, just that she was from The National Asset Management, extension 112. She gave a case number too, #231-53701.

She said she got a fax order about a complaint being filed this morning. Then she said we have the right to be transferred to our case manager by pressing one, and that we’ve been officially notified. Then she just said good luck, in a real smart-[censored] way.

That voicemail didn’t sound professional at all. That’s why I think it’s a scam. No real company talks like that.
