Ordered from a Facebook ad and lost $105

I kept seeing this ad on Facebook for a while and finally decided to order. It was from The Paw Parent. I paid $105.

After that I tried to reach them at [email protected] and also called (917) 695-7407. Never got anywhere with it.

Now I just want my money back.
