Ordered dog supplement but never got it and now another order
It's been over a month now and still no product. I emailed their support after two weeks asking if it was coming from China because the shipping was taking so long. They said no, it's coming from New Zealand. The tracking shows it went through Los Angeles like 3 weeks ago but nothing ever showed up.
I notified them several times about not getting it. Then today I get a notification that a "new order" was made. I didn't order anything else. I just want my money back or the product, this is getting ridiculous.
