Billing me for services they never did

This company is billing me for services not received. They came into my home, took my information, and that is all they did. Now they are charging me 2,190.00 for services not received.

They set up offices and now have closed them all down. This company is a scam. They are a scam with medical services.

I have their phone number (929) 588-6471 and an email [email protected]. The address I have is Ocean Springs, MS 39564.
