Added a rewards pass to Apple Pay and got nothing

I attached a rewards pass to my Apple Pay account. It said I could get up to 123.00 for the withdrawal threshold so I claimed the rewards. Nothing came from it at all.

There's no info to contact customer service anywhere. I tried the website The rewards vault . Com and the email [email protected] and the phone number (985) 276-0908 but got nowhere. I lost 5.00 out of this.
