Order never came and they keep making up excuses

I ordered something on July 24 and got an email saying my order was received. After that I started getting all these emails about returns saying it went to the wrong apartment number. Then it was in the wrong warehouse. Then the shipping label fell off. Just one excuse after another.

I contacted their customer service and they told me if I wanted a refund it would take longer than them researching where the package is. Then they asked me to send a picture of my front porch because they think it got delivered. But I never got anything.

I only lost $9.99 but its the principle. They keep stringing me along with different stories and I still don't have my order or my money back.
