Ordered item still not delivered after many excuses
Every time I email them it's a new excuse. First the delivery van broke down. Then they said they couldn't access my house. Which makes no sense because my driveway is wide open, it's a single family home. Then it was some event causing a delay but there was no event in my area. After that it was misrouted, then a damaged label, and now they are saying operational disruption.
I've emailed them a bunch of times. The last email I sent I just asked for a refund because clearly this isn't going to show up. Still waiting to hear back on that.
