Ice maker ad on TikTok took my money twice
I tried to file a claim with Chime but they denied it because I didn't reach out to the company first. The problem is there's no phone number, just a link on their website and I was not about to click on that. So now I just get these fake shipment updates. It's been over a month and nothing has shown up. Today I got another email saying they were going to "attempt" another delivery.
This company is a fraud. There's tons of posts on TikTok about them. I even reported it to TikTok but they said "no findings". So basically I'm out $115.00.
