Emails about linking my site to a "Best of" website

I have a bunch of emails from this guy [email protected]. He offered to link my website to a major "Best of" website. I've been dealing with him for years and just found out today he's been ripping me off.

He's at 14 Helmsford Way, Penfield, NY 14526. Phone is (888) 443-6450 and his site is thebestbusinesses.org. Total I lost is $1000.

I just discovered it today.
