I advise caution when considering ordering any books from this company. I received two books by mistake, which I returned on September 8th. According to their website, they have a 30-day refund policy. However, as of today (October 13), I have not received my refund. Communication with their staff has been unproductive, as I was informed that my refund had been processed, but when I request proof, they indicated they can not provide that information. Additionally, the books do not have large print as advertised, and the margins are very small, which makes reading challenging. I regret my experience with this company and wanted to share my review as promised.

Returned two bibles but only got refunded for one

I ordered two sets of bibles from thefaithmade.com and had to send them back. I returned both sets in one shipment, exactly like they told me to. They even sent me an email saying they got both packages.

But then they only refunded me for one set. Each set was $118.08 so I'm out that money for the second one. Their AI bot support keeps emailing me saying the shipping staff messed up the data entry on their end. They say they can't refund the second set until they fix their computer error.

The problem is there's no way to get it fixed. The AI bot says there's no supervisor, no escalation, and no phone number to call. The support staff apparently can't do anything about it either. I've been going back and forth with them for about 3 months now with dozens of emails.

I have all the emails saved showing they confirmed receiving both sets. This whole thing just feels like they have no integrity at all.

Ordered a hardcover large print book, got a tiny print paperback instead

I ordered a book from thefaithmade.com because they had it listed as a hardcover in large print. That’s what I paid for. When it showed up it was a paperback with print so small you can barely read it even if your eyes are good.

I emailed their support at [email protected] and told them I wanted to exchange it for the hardcover they advertised. They wrote back and said they don’t have any hardcover large print editions and never will. So they charged me extra for something they knew they didn’t have.

They are still selling that same hardcover large print book on their website. Still taking people’s money for something that doesn’t exist.

Ordered a Bible from a Facebook ad and never got it

I seen an ad for a Bible I wanted on Facebook and it looked and seemed reputable their site and their ad. I purchased it, I got a confirmation. I never received the product 20 days later. I have talked to people on their support over email and they promised they would take care of it and then it's been a run around. I still never received the product and now they're not even responding back. The phone number is not working. I don't know what to do.
