Ordered a blanket in December and still no proof of delivery
I've been messaging them for over 8 months now and just getting the run around. Now they tell me they can't do anything since I bought it in 2025. I'm livid and will never use this company again.
There's no phone number on their website, just a form to fill out for someone to reach back out. So if you have a problem they just blow you off and then tell you it's past your window of time.
