Bought items with holes and now their email bounces back

I ordered from theodoretownsend.com and got the package. But both items I bought had these visible holes in the material. Not rips, just holes. So I emailed them to start a refund. They asked for photos, which I sent. We went back and forth maybe 3 emails. Then out of nowhere, my emails started bouncing back.

I tried again and got that message saying the address couldn't be found or is unable to receive mail. That was [email protected]. Now I got no way to reach them. There's no other email on their site and no customer service number either. I'm working on refusing the charge with my credit card company now. I lost $180 on this.
