Website said to do tasks to cash out and got nothing

I signed up on Therewardpass.com and was told I needed to do tasks to make over $25 before I could cash out. So I did the tasks. Now I have yet to receive anything from them. Not a payment, not even a returned email addressing this issue.

I emailed [email protected] about it and got nothing back. Just silence. It's $31 total and I can't get anyone to respond to me at all.
