TikTok order tracking kept making up excuses about delivery

I ordered something off TikTok and the whole tracking thing was a mess. First they tried saying no one was home for the delivery. I told them I don't work and I got a ring camera on 24/7 so that was a lie.

Then it went to saying it was misrouted. Then wrong building code which I don't even have or need. Then the delivery truck broke down. Then it was held at the depot. Now it says out for delivery again. I paid 20 bucks and I still don't have anything. The email they gave was [email protected] but I don't even know who to trust at this point.
