Website for apple watch face charged me for 8 months
This went on for 8 months. What started at $3.99 ended up at $49.00 a month. I used a new credit card so I wasn't really tracking what was going on. Total I paid somewhere between $300 to $400 for this app that didn't even do much.
I finally cancelled but when I asked for a refund they gave me a lot of resistance. Eventually their customer service said they would refund me $25. That's it. I called Amex and disputed the charges but they can only go back 90 days so I might get $100 back if I'm lucky. I cancelled my credit card too. Who else can I report this to so other people don't get taken advantage of?
