Paid $597 for a product that never shipped

I ordered from Thorvald Design and paid $597. The product was never shipped. They kept delaying the shipping over and over and barely communicated with me about what was going on. When I did hear from them, they offered partial refunds but no guarantee that I would ever get the product. I found consistent scam complaints about them on Trustpilot. Their phone number is (951) 783-4364 and the website is thorvalddesign.com. I just want my money back at this point.
