Charge on my card for a subscription I never signed up for
I called the number on my statement, (855) 731-3479, and requested a refund. They didn't seem to know what I was talking about at first. I had to repeat myself a few times. I told them I never signed up for anything and I wanted my money back.
They didn't really give me a straight answer. I don't think I'm going to see that money again. I have to report them for fraud because this is just not right. I didn't agree to this charge.
