Phone call about American Airlines ticket that was pending

I got an email about a ticket I bought through American Airlines and it only showed two of my seat numbers, not the other two. So I called this number thinking it was American Airlines. They told me my ticket was pending because I shouldn't have been allowed to buy it at the price I paid, which was $561.77. They said since I already got it at that price they would order it, but to keep it from being listed as pending they had to charge me the original price of $722.40. Then I would get a refund of $722.40 in 45 to 60 days.

I never got the refund. My bank has been fighting for months trying to get my money back and they recently told me there's nothing else they can do, that I have to reach out to the merchant. I can't get a hold of them at all. I believe I was scammed.
