Concert tickets not transferred to my name like they said
Instead of transferring them to me, they just sent me a SecureMyPass link. That's not the same thing at all. The tickets aren't in my name, and I can't resell them on any legit platform because anyone with that link can see them. I tried asking for a refund or to have them resold, but they said no. There's no way for them to guarantee that link is even the only one for that seat.
I looked it up after and saw a lot of other people have had issues with SecureMyPass being used in scams like this. Just a really bad experience overall with this company. I'm out the money and have nothing to show for it.
