Wrong item from Tidemuse and no refund response

I ordered from Tidemuse's website, tidemuse.com, and when my package finally showed up it was the wrong item. Not even close to what I picked. I emailed them at [email protected] the same day I got it because their policy says you have 14 days to ask for a refund.

I've sent multiple emails since then. Just asking for a refund or even to exchange it for the right thing. Nobody has written me back at all. Not one reply. I spent 75 dollars on this and I'm just stuck with something I didn't order.

It's been a few weeks now and I still haven't heard anything. I don't know what else to do.
