Ordered from Tik-tok and never got my package

I placed an order through Tik-tok and never received it. The company is saying the item was delivered and signed for, but that is not true. Nobody signed for anything here.

I paid $40 for this order. I tried reaching out to the email [email protected] about it but nothing has been resolved. They just keep saying it was delivered.

I never got my package and I want my money back.
