Porch swing order showed delivered but nothing showed up

I saw this ad on TikTok for a two person egg shaped porch swing and decided to order it. The order went through fine and they said it shipped. Then the tracking started showing all these weird delivery attempts that never happened. Said stuff like no building code, local event, restricted driver, unable to read shipping label. Just a bunch of excuses.

I tried contacting the store multiple times about it and they kept saying it was a delivery issue and not their problem. Then finally the tracking said delivered. But nothing was ever left at my house. I live in a regular suburban neighborhood so there's no reason they couldn't have found it. I paid about 40 dollars for this and got nothing.
