TikTok listing for a pending home that isn't for rent
I texted with the scammer about renting it. I asked if I could tour the place and they said I needed to fill out a renter application first and then they could show me the home after approval. I pulled it up on Zillow because I knew it would say Pending. When I asked them about that they said they had it listed but decided to rent instead, and claimed they were the agent.
I asked why there were two listings with different numbers and they said they would have the other agent take it down.
