Ordered chairs and table on TikTok, seller stopped replying
Everything seemed fine at first. They sent me an acknowledgement of the sale and kept sending "updates" on where the order stood. Then I started getting these "unable to deliver" statements saying there was a problem accessing the building. I responded that I live in a single-family home and there's no restriction or anything. The "support" tech got really defensive and told me I could wait or request a refund.
So I requested a refund. Haven't been able to contact them since. The email they gave me for support was [email protected] and that address is no longer active. I got a failure notice from [email protected] when I tried. I still have their "tracking notice" they kept updating. I'm out $42.98 and have nothing to show for it.
