Chairs never came and extra charge on my card

I ordered two rocking camping chairs from a TikTok shop called Hooma. It was a deal, $25 each if you bought two. That was on August 3rd. I got a bunch of fake email updates and even a text with a confirmation number. My debit card was charged $52 right away.

Here it is weeks later and still no chairs. Then I noticed another debit from my checking account for $69.99 that I did not authorize at all. I don't know what that was for. I've tried contacting them but nothing. The website says something about an address in Seattle but I'm not sure that's even real.
