Order canceled twice and they kept half my money
The sale went through and I got a confirmation. Then out of nowhere they canceled it and kept 50% of what I paid. So I tried again, and wrote a note explaining what happened the first time. Same thing. Canceled again, kept half.
I emailed them at [email protected] asking why they keep canceling and keeping my money. Instead of an answer, I just got insults back. They're located in Bellingham, WA. I'm out 8 bucks but it's the principle of it.
