Website says Denmark but order got canceled and no refund

I ordered toddler shoes from tinyexplorings.com. They say they're a Denmark based company. I paid $38 and a day later they canceled my order. The shoes never came.

I emailed them asking for a refund. They just keep sending me the same fake tracking number saying the product is on the way. There's no company listed for the tracking number so it's useless.

They won't refund me and won't give me a real answer. Just the same tracking number over and over.

Ordered shoes two months ago, never got them and now I'm blocked

I bought shoes from Tiny Explorings over two months ago. I never got the product. They sent me a fake shipping code and never answered any of my emails. I reached out multiple times. I even left messages on their Instagram page saying I didn't get my order. They just deleted my messages and blocked me. Still no reply.

They took my money and now they have my credit card information too. It was $30.
