Ordered chairs from toketgift and never got them

I ordered two chairs from toketgift and they were supposed to come with two free folding rocker chairs for the outside. I never got anything. When I called them they just said it was a logistics problem. I placed the order back in July and any real company would have figured that out by now.

The tracking number they gave me started with ZZ. I don't think any U.S. company uses double letters at the start of a tracking number. As soon as I saw that I knew something was off. I lost $70 on this and they won't do anything about it.
