Website says my pants were delivered but they were not

I ordered stretch active pants from tonzalon.com on Sep 2, 2026. I was just playing a video game on my phone when I ordered them. I got an email confirmation after.

Then they claimed the pants were delivered on Sept 25. They were not delivered. Their tracking info doesn't even show where it was delivered, it just says delivered. If it was actually delivered it was not to my address. I lost $41.06 on this.

Scam

I ordered blouses. The said they were delivered. I never received them. I lost $47.00. I also saw this add while playing a game. I won't be ordering ANYTHING from internet again.

Website on a game took my money for pants

I saw Tonzalon.com pop up while I was playing a game. I ordered 20 pair of jogger pants for $50.96.

I've tried to contact them but can't get through at all. Their email is [email protected] and nobody ever answers.

Just want my money back or the pants. Nothing.
