Concrete guy took deposit and stopped answering

I found this guy through an online ad for concrete work in my area. He came out, measured everything, seemed normal. After I got approval from my HOA, he asked for a deposit to put me on his schedule. I sent the money through Zelle and he gave me an invoice for it.

After that I could never get a date or time locked in. He just stopped responding. The phone number was (743) 267-9392 and the email was [email protected]. He goes by Top Concrete Services LLC on Facebook. I'm out $570.
