Charged for VIP subscription I never asked for

I ordered two squishy boxes from Topaz Roma through their Shopify site. They were supposed to be $49.97 but on sale for $5 each so I thought okay, good deal. About two weeks later I see a charge on my account for $29.98. Turns out they added some VIP subscription thing to my order that was $0 at first so I couldn't remove it, and then it charged me later.

When the package finally came it was just two tiny little squishies. Not even close to what I thought I was buying. I emailed their customer service about the charge and about getting the wrong item and they basically said you got what you paid for. They did cancel the subscription after I complained but they wouldnt refund the $29.98. So in the end I paid over $50 for two tiny squishy toys. Pretty frustrating.
