Paid for car part and card got hit twice

I went to buy a part from their website and put in my card info. It said payments can't be excepted at this time. I figured fine, whatever, I'll try again later. Then the next morning at like 1:25 in the morning I see a charge for $94 to some place I didn't recognize. Two minutes later another charge for $697 to an electronic store. My card was used twice.

I also sent them an email at the time I was trying to buy the part, and it came back two days later saying it was undeliverable. So I couldn't even get ahold of them. My credit card company caught it though and I didn't lose the money, but it was a headache to deal with.
