Website I never used charged my card twice

I got charged $11 and then they tried again and CashApp actually blocked it because it looked like a scam. But then they got through with another $11 charge under a different logo and account name I guess.

I went and looked at their website, TotalDrive.com, and it's nothing I have ever used or seen before. There are a lot of other reports out there about money being taken without permission. The address they list is 1955 Broadway, Suite 600 in Oakland. I just want my money back.
