Ordered a figure then told it was out of stock

I bought an item online from this website. Then I got an email saying it was out of stock and my money would be refunded "soon". The next day the same item was back on their site but the price went from $10 to $35. I think they just forgot to change the price back. Instead of honoring my purchase they cancelled it and lied that it was out of stock, then relisted it the next day. They are a scam. Still waiting on my refund but I'm going to let AMEX deal with them.
