Paid for a swing arm and still nothing

I bought a 1978 Yamaha RD 400 Aluminum Swing Arm from Trac Chassis Sports on July 9, 2025. It was $795.00. They kept telling me it would be sent but I never got it.

I went to the place myself on November 20, 2025 and then again on April 18, 2026. Both times Dave Earll told me the item would be provided. Still no shipment, no pickup, no written communication about it at all. There is a business at the address but no employees around.

I have started small claims procedures now.
