Dentures from TikTok ad don't fit and no way to contact them

I ordered a set of dentures from Trackmuller off of TikTok. When I got them, they weren't the ones shown in the ad at all. The package didn't have any directions so I had to go to their website to figure out how to use them. I followed what it said but they just didn't fit. They were horrible, I looked like a monster wearing them.

I tried calling the number on their site, (321) 357-6009, but it didn't work. Before I even got the package, I emailed them at [email protected] because they charged my credit card $49.15 but my order summary said $42.36. I never heard back from them. So now I'm out $49.15 and stuck with this product that I can't even use.
