Phone call saying a company wanted to buy my trademark

They contacted me saying that a company wanted to buy my trademark. They wanted me to pay $1,050.00 to become current with my trademark and then could sell it to the new company for $21,000. They were going to keep 15% of the $21,000. They said that if it doesn't sell, the $1,050 would be refundable.

I looked them up on the Secretary of State for California and their business did not exist. I also looked them up on Ecautious.com and could not find them.
