Email saying someone else wants to trademark my business name
He said once they file for the other applicant, I'd have to change my business name and stop using it everywhere, or the other applicant could pursue legal action through the USPTO. It felt like pressure to pay them right away.
The email came from [email protected] and the phone number listed was (301) 708-4695. The address on it was 811 W 7th St, Los Angeles, CA 90017. I never asked these people for anything and I don't know how they got my info.
