Paid for trademark help and never got my money back
I paid her $1,941 to do the work. She told me my application was approved. Then not long after that, my application got marked as "suspended" by the USPTO. That didn't make sense to me.
I asked her for her state bar number for attorneys and she just stopped answering. I did ask for a refund and she said she would give it to me, but she never did. Still haven't seen that money. Her website is trademarklegalregistration.com and her email is [email protected].
