Ordered a pool vacuum and never got it
When I tried to ask about it, I had to talk to them through WhatsApp. I kept asking for a refund and this guy Chris kept saying it was processed. But he would never give me a transaction number. I have all the messages where he says the refund is done and to wait 7 days for my bank to show it. That was a while ago now and still nothing.
