Doublewide move deposit taken and then they stopped answering
We paid the first half, that was $9825. Then they came back asking for another $3500 for permits and stuff, saying it would speed things up and that it wasn't extra, it would just come out of what we owed. I told them no, that wasn't part of our deal. After that, nothing. They stopped answering completely.
They had set up inspection dates and move dates for us before all this, explained everything perfectly. Now the phone just rings busy or says it can't be completed, and they won't reply to our emails or messages. We're just stuck.
