Website sold me a fake card and won't refund my $199

I got an email telling me this site was legit so I went ahead and bought a card for $199. Turns out it was a counterfeit. I've been trying to get my money back but they won't refund me for the fake card. Their website is trainervault.shop and the support email is [email protected]. I also have their phone number, 1(615) 971-2611. I just want my $199 back.
