Zoom invite promised a cruise or airfare and then nothing

Me and my husband did a zoom invite to win a choice of ours either a cruise 3-5 days which included airfare for us both. Or round trip airfare for us both anywhere and two nights at three major hotels. They said we get this prize whether we buy into what they promoted or not. They said they would email us in 72 hours with prize information. That didn't happen.

I called back and they blocked my number. I emailed them and they sent me something that said a $500 restaurant gift card. I figured I might as well get something out of this. Clicked on it and it said you need to pay 19.99 to activate it. Stupid me did. Then it took me to restaurants.com which just gave me the points on there for the 19.99 I just sent. So I did not even get the $500 gift card either.

On top of that they gave my number out to so many scammers that I have to get my number changed because they call, text and video call my phone 24/7.
