Fake United Airlines number charged me extra for flight

My second flight out of Denver got cancelled and I was trying to reach United Airlines in a panic. I googled their phone number and got this customer service number instead, (888) 485-0220. The agent said they could get me on the next flight and told me I'd see two charges on my card, which they said was normal.

When I asked straight up if I was talking to United Airlines, they said yes and not to worry, I was on the flight and would get a confirmation text. I did get the text and the flight was fine. But when I looked at my credit card, the second charge was to Travelation UA Tkt and it was more than the actual United ticket. I lost about $568 on that extra charge. The address they had was in Denver, CO 80266.
