Call saying someone was buying a PlayStation at Walmart

I got a call from (202) 378-8976 saying they were the treasury dept. They told me someone was trying to purchase a PlayStation at Walmart and my account was at risk. I called the number and talked to Allan Brown, ID AB10701. He gave me a case ID FTC9201 and then transferred me to Jordan Hays, FTC95286.

I was on the phone with them for 3 hours. They made me think my money was in jeopardy for possible money laundering. To protect my money, he asked me to go to CVS and purchase a Go To Bank card. He wanted me to move $1000 into 2 cards to make sure the money was safe. I did not do it.
