Ordered from rehab store and never got my item

I bought something on August 15th from what looked like a legit website. Got a confirmatory email and everything. So I called them on August 28th at (844) 490-2625 and gave them my item number. This woman answered, sounded like she was from Asia, and she said after looking it up that they don't have an estimated delivery date for it. Then she asked if I wanted her to email me when the product is located. I said yes. That was it. Still waiting. I paid $24.19 and nothing ever showed up. The address they had was 15 Fairfield Dr in Brookfield, CT. I just don't get how a site can take an order and then have no idea where the item is.
