Ad for Carhartt shirts for 40 dollars turned out to be nothing

I saw an ad online for Carhartt t-shirts, 20 of them for 40.00 dollars. That seemed like a really good deal so I ordered them. The website was trevetp.com and they had an address on N. Grant St. in Denver and an email [email protected].

I paid the 40 dollars and never got anything. No shirts, no tracking number, no reply to my emails. I tried calling the phone number they had listed, (303) 669-2212, but nobody ever answered.

It's been a while now and I'm pretty sure I just threw my money away. The whole thing just feels off. I should have known better I guess.
