Website took my payment then stopped replying
After waiting over 2 weeks I decided to cancel. They said they would refund me but keep $35 for a consultation. There was no consultation. I asked who did it, when it happened, what the results were, and they couldn't answer any of it. I told them to cancel and give me my money back.
After following up a bunch of times they said the refund takes 3-5 days. It's already been 3-5 days and nothing is showing in my statement. They keep $35 out of every cancellation for a consultation that doesn't exist. Their email is [email protected] and they're out of Tampa, FL.
